Formerly Chief Executive of Irish Permanent and director of Irish Life & Permanent plc, Billy has worked in retail banking for over 20 years. He founded Irish Permanent Finance, which today is Ireland’s largest vehicle finance business and went on to become General Manager and subsequently Chief Executive of Irish Permanent.
Prior to establishing Irish Permanent Finance, he was one of the founding Directors of Woodchester Investments PLC, now GE Capital Woodchester. He is currently Chairman of Finance Ireland Plc which manages a €70m Lifetime Mortgage portfolio.
Michael Sheehy
Michael has a long history in the Irish financial services industry working in a number of senior management roles, most recently the Operations Director of permanent tsb Finance, a role he held for 10-years after playing a significant part in the initial company set-up. This role included responsibility for the collections and recovery functions.
Michael previously held Operations and Finance Director roles in Woodchester Bank Ltd and UDT First Southern Bank Ltd. Michael is a former Chairman of the Irish Finance Houses Association and Director of the Irish Credit Bureau Ltd. He currently holds director and secretary of positions with a number of private companies.
Brendan Keogh
A qualified Chartered Accountant. Brendan previously held financial management roles in a number of companies including Connacht Court Group, Aer Rianta International and Practical Finance.
Brendan is currently Managing Director of Everyday Finance Limited, which acquired Citifinancial Europe Plc’s Irish finance book in 2007. In this role Brendan has developed the processes and infrastructure to manage the workout of the portfolio and grow the business to provide outsourced collections on behalf of other financial institutions such as HFC Bank, Bank of Scotland (Ireland) and AIB.
Brendan has an in-depth knowledge of the instalment credit business with strong experience in debt collection.
Michael Doyle
Michael has over 35-years experience in debt collection holding positions in pre-legal and legal debt collection in a number of financial institutions including UDT / First Southern Bank, Woodchester Bank and GE Money and subsequently headed up the legal debt collection team in Simon Broderick & Co Solicitors.
In 2003 Michael established SML Debt Recovery to provide pre-legal collection services to financial institutions and SMEs. SML was acquired by Everyday Debt Management Group in 2009. Michael holds a diploma in Legal Studies.
