The Everyday Debt Management Group was established in 2007 and comprises the holding company and Everyday Finance Limited based in Athenry, County Galway and Everyday Debt Recovery Limited based in Dublin.
In 2007 the Group acquired Citifinancial's loan portfolio in the Republic of Ireland following their decision to close their operations in the Republic. The portfolio is managed by Everyday Finance through the call centre in Athenry. Everyday Finance has subsequently taken on additional outsourced debt collection activity for other financial services clients.
In 2009 Everyday Debt Recovery was established in Dublin to provide a presence in Dublin and focus on providing outsourced debt management and recovery for Commercial and Consumer portfolio’s.
In September 2009 the Group acquired SML Debt Recovery Limited which has been providing outsourced debt collection to financial service and commercial clients since 2003.
Following the acquisition and merger of SML, the Group has restructured its operations to focus its consumer debt collection services in Everyday Finance in Athenry with Everyday Debt Recovery in Dublin focusing on the Commercial B2B debt market while assisting in growing the consumer debt collection business.
